Review — Doll Factory 2014

Doll Factory is lots of fun, it’s campy, it’s gory, it’s funny! It basically pokes fun at all the usual horror tropes and has a hell of a great time along the way! So, of course, we have… the stock group of dumb teens who foolishly awaken and unleash an evil..on halloween night, naturally. We have the angry, bumbling Texas sheriff, and tons of over-the-top gore.. oh and of course the (surprisingly small) squeaky voiced baby dolls who like to talk trash and rattle off sick and ludicrous one-liners as they tear into their victims in increasingly inventive ways …and spray green juice everywhere!! And I won’t spoil the ending but Doll Factory just keeps getting more ridiculous in the most awesome ways, I had a great time watching it. Basically this movie is everything it sets out to be, its not trying to scare you or be perfect, but it fully embraces everything it does and any comedy-horror/gore fan will likely enjoy all the funny, bloody, gooey, madness that Doll Factory has to offer.
